INGREDIENTS :

375g White Chocolate Melts
100g WINN MIXED PEEL
200g WINN RED AND GREEN MULTI CHERRIES
200g DUCKS NUTS CASHEWS
1 cup Mini Marshmallows
1 cup Choc Chips (milk or dark)

METHOD :

  • Melt white chocolate melts in microwave.

  • Add 1/2 cherries, 1/2 cashews, peel,
    marshmallows and choc chips.

  • Place in small greased lamington tin and smooth lightly.

  • Add remaining cherries and cashews, press down lightly.

  • Refrigerate and cut or break into pieces.
