INGREDIENTS :
375g White Chocolate Melts
100g WINN MIXED PEEL
200g WINN RED AND GREEN MULTI CHERRIES
200g DUCKS NUTS CASHEWS
1 cup Mini Marshmallows
1 cup Choc Chips (milk or dark)
METHOD :

Melt white chocolate melts in microwave.

Add 1/2 cherries, 1/2 cashews, peel,
marshmallows and choc chips.

Place in small greased lamington tin
and smooth lightly.

Add remaining cherries and cashews, press down lightly.

Refrigerate and cut or break into pieces.
