INGREDIENTS :
10 cups fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parsley chopped
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
3 cloves garlic, crushed
125g packet DUCKS TOASTED
PINE NUTS
100g packet DUCKS MACADAMIA
NUTS
roughly chopped
125g diced Prunes
125g dried apricots, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
3 eggs
METHOD :
Combine all ingredients and mix well until combined and holding
together.
Fill turkey cavity and the front breast, secure and bake turkey
according to directions.
Quantity of stuffing for a 5kg turkey.
